VitaGlobe is an independent review site. We don't manufacture or sell supplements. We research the popular ones, check their ingredients against real science, and tell you honestly what we find.
Our Mission
Cutting through the supplement hype
The wellness-supplement market is full of bold promises, miracle claims, and reviews that are really just sales pitches. VitaGlobe exists to do the opposite: read the science, weigh the evidence, and explain — in plain language — what a product can and can't reasonably be expected to do.
We are a small, independent editorial team. We are not a manufacturer, a pharmacy, or a brand. We have no products of our own to defend, which is exactly why we can be honest about the ones we cover — including their weaknesses.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Our goal is to help you ask better questions and make more informed decisions, ideally alongside a qualified healthcare professional.
How We Work
Our four commitments
We research, then write
For every product we review, we read the manufacturer's claims and compare each key ingredient against published, peer-reviewed studies — then summarise what the evidence actually supports.
We show both sides
Every review lists real pros and cons. Where the evidence is thin, preliminary, or only based on animal studies, we say so plainly instead of hyping it.
We use indicative language
These are dietary supplements, not medicines. We use words like "may support" — never "cures" or "treats" — and we include the FDA disclaimer on every product page.
We disclose how we earn
Some links are affiliate links: if you buy through them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. That never changes our verdict or what the evidence says.
