We ship to 60+ countries. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. VitaGlobe is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes imposed by destination countries. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. To initiate a return, contact support@vitaglobe.com within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned product. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
